RecommendedBest service I have ever had. I took my Trek road bike in at 4:30 pm they close at 6 pm as my bike fell off of my bike rack onto the highway. Bryce Mead put a new stem on adjusted the back derailer and trued my back carbon wheel all without an appointment. Making sure all was well before I road it again. I am impressed with this beautiful store with lots of bicycle inventory and many many accessories A must visit store. FIVE STARS
TERRIBLE customer service. We walked in the shop and immediately got yelled at and told to leave to put a mask on (while there was a staff member not wearing a mask) then came back in wearing masks and was shouted at across the store once again to stay at the door and then told to shop online and that we can’t look around at their display bikes. We will never go in there again and will be spreading the word on how horrible the service was.

Mead’s team was incredible in every way. I appreciated the friendly service on the phone, but the in person service was even better. They kept all of us safe by following health experts’ advice. The showroom was clean and well-maintained. Their Trek inventory was really good. I thought they were worth the extra drive because of the way they’re conducting their business! Thank you.
I am only four years old and this is my second bicycle that I bought from #MEADSBIKESHOP Very friendly people , great service and always helpful 💙 Lots of fun during my quarantine !!!

Great service for resurrecting my 35 year old bicycle. I don't think it worked as well new as it does now. I highly recommend them for all your cycling needs.
