The staff was very knowledgeable & personal. The wait time was absolutely ridiculous! I had a 9:00 am appointment time for my procedure. I wasn’t take back for pre-op until approximately 11:30. When I asked why I was told by a nurse that folks show up two hours early so they go by “walk ins” not appointments. Why make those wait that follow instructions??? Staff was kind and knowledgeable! Made me as comfortable as possible before procedure!
I would like to thank Toni, Abby, Dr. Tim , Michael and Matt for their care of me on Friday, May 23rd. I don’t believe that I could have been treated any better than if I was family. They were so kind and gentle always doing their best to keep me at ease. I would have given more stars if I could. I pray that all of them will be blessed beyond description.
Wonderful experience with outpatient surgery. The staff is skilled, knowledgeable, and great. They work for HMG as opposed to being outsourced. Highly recommend HMG for surgery.
