Be cautious with renting from these people. They do not do repairs. I was in a 2012 mobile home that was literally falling apart at the seams. In constant communication with the maintence man as well as the office mgr (btw the review from Dave Bush IS the maintence man, so honestly, any good reviews are not 100% tenants in rental units). Place is horrible! Started out great, until we noticed all the "bandaid" repairs that had been done. Constant roof leaks, had water come through ceiling fan in the living room and a hallway light fixtures(which the office said well its raining what do you want us to do? And then never came to look at it.), leaks led to black mold and soft floors. This place is disgusting...they do nothing when things need to be fixed..friend living here 2 years and not a damn thing gets fixed..the maintenance man is too stupid to fix anything the right way but he sure knows how to send pics of his baby dick to women..meanwhile he's married and says unhappy, if unhappy get a damn divorce..I can show the pic if no one believes me..has his name and phone number on his baby dick pic...who wants a baby dick anyway, get real!!
