They don’t care about tenants — only control. Management at Meadowview tried forcing me out by the end of July without even knowing their own lease terms. When I handled a domestic situation responsibly, they punished me with a non-renewal instead of support. The caretaker plays favorites and communication is nonexistent. Save yourself the stress — there are far better, safer places to live.
I live at Meadowview. They have worked hard to do many updates to the complex such as the laundry room, the gardening and their workers which I truly appreciate because the courtyard looks amazing now and so does the area in front of the complex. They have a new maintenance man who is covering 3 different complexes owned by the company so he isn't as prompt about getting maintenance requests done because he's busy which I understand. He did recently come fix my requests and that I do appreciate. But I had to call the office ... read more

Had black mold in AC unit. Service was prompt ~6 day waiting time. Communication was good so that’s appreciated. Thanks for the good service and looking out. Worth noting if your appliances are a bit outdated and are out of serviceable condition they may upgrade you to a newer model. Edit: Black mold is likely still present in ducts and they have sealed them, currently they are trying to evict me and retaliate after I stopped paying rent.
