Even when I arrive on time for a scheduled appointment, the waiting time is frequently around 50 minutes. During consultations, I felt that appointments were rushed and that my concerns were not adequately addressed. I have been a patient with Dr Kenny Zhang for over 25 years and now I live over 3 hours from his office but I make the drive because he is worth it. He treats his patients like people. He listens to them and never rushes them through. Dr Zhang cares about people more than another else. His office staff are polite, efficient and always willing to help. Thank you Dr Zhang and thank you to your team!
I'm experiencing terrible service at the office. The phone goes unanswered, and I'm forced to wait on hold for hours just to get my medication. Please change the office staff.
