Incredible team at MARS; knowledgeable and friendly. Jacob and DJ got me in within 2 hours of my messaging them about an oil leak. Diagnosed and fixed an hour later!
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile by DJ and Tom. They were so helpful, transparent, and made me feel completely at ease. As a woman, auto shops can sometimes feel intimidating, but not this one. It’s clear they are truly here to help. This family owned business has been around since 1981/82, and you can tell they really know their way around cars. On top of that, they’re authorized BMW mechanics, which gave me even more confidence in the quality of their work. I couldn’t recommend them more!
