I loved staying at Meadowside estate apartments. The stay was made comfortable because of the friendly and efficient management - especially Nathalia who was always prompt and active whenever I had a query or when/if there was a maintenance request. I am grateful to her and her great team 😊
Building is run down and repairs are often completed half-ass. Rent goes up ridiculously high every year. They take advantage of newcomers because they don't know their rights. Their communication system is garbage as well. Another tenant offered us crack in the building and that wasn't taken seriously. Not to mention cockroaches. They've also double taken rent from me and gave me hell when I requested a refund. EPS says they get so many complaints about them. I will never recommend Boardwalk to anyone.
