Meadows and Wilson is by far the best dental office my fiancé and I have went to! Dr.Wilson goes above and beyond for us! Highly recommended on our end!
Moved to Greenbrier county for work and was recommended this office. We had to reschedule our initial appointments twice due to unexpected issues. We never missed an appointment and we rescheduled in a very timely manner both times. We were never told there was a reschedule policy. After they let me reschedule the second time, a different employee immediately called me back and told me they could no long be seen at that office due to their policy that they didn’t even tell me about. Very unprofessional.
When we first started going to this dental office we were so pleased with how kind and amazing Dr.Wilson was. We appreciated him so so much. The only issue we had ever noticed was a certain receptionist always seemed to be a bit rude. Well life happens and we have had a lot of unexpected and uncontrollable events come our way that caused us to miss some appointments, to which we were told they would no longer be able to see us.
