The doctor is great the receptionist is terrible !! She was sooo rude when I came in with my two boys, and to top it off I've had to call her 3x because she wouldn't fax my requisition. I had to get it emailed to me so I could do it myself. Nightmare... if there's only one is the one with glasses...
I really liked Dr Ashraf she was very kind and listened to my questions and answered them I’m happy to get her!
I want to start this by saying I love my family doctor, Dr. Ashraf, as she's the first doctor I found who seems to listen to me. HOWEVER, I can't see her if reception doesn't answer calls and emails. I have tried calling several times to book an appointment as well as reaching out via email last week. Each time my calls are sent to a robot that eventually ends up disconnecting my calls.
