Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I was originally offered a complimentary laser facial, valued at $200, to make up for a previous issue. My appointment was specifically booked for one hour and I was told it would include a 15–20 minute consultation for the procedure I wanted followed by the laser facial. PLEASE CHANGE YOUR RECEPTIONIST.She Is VERY RUDE And unfriendly, unprofessional Evey Time we Call she either messed up or Use Rude Tone i Hope Doctor Consider THAT .I love doctor Ashraf she my family doctor from years now shes very kind and helpful BUt Receptionist is super RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL .

The doctor is great the receptionist is terrible !! She was sooo rude when I came in with my two boys, and to top it off I've had to call her 3x because she wouldn't fax my requisition. I had to get it emailed to me so I could do it myself. Nightmare... if there's only one is the one with glasses...
