All I can say is wow! My family and I moved from California to Waco Texas. When we arrived we found that the house that we had already signed a year lease on via the Internet was in complete disarray it was unlivable the foundation was sinking the ceiling was sagging there was one in gaps between the bottom of the wall and the floor and spaces the whole place smelled of mold.
