I had AC issue today. I called the office and Israel, the maintenance man appeared shortly afterward. He resolved issue quickly. He has taken care of all my issues since I moved in. He is a treasure.
Great location! Super friendly staff
Foundation company came in with our wonderful manager to get an idea of repairs needed in our apartment. Told us major repair is needed. Our management staff is professional and truly concerned about the residents here and we appreciate them!
Do not rent this property, there maintenance staff is incompetent, left my 93 year old mother, all weekend, with alarms ringing all day and night, building is full of roaches, very poorly managed. The rent is increased every year, with people on a fixed income. May appear nice on the outside, but be aware.
