Lived here since January 2022. Quiet and peaceful residence. Wonderful staff. Have an issue with the apartment and the staff remedies it immediately. Beautiful neighbors who are caring and pleasant. Love my home here at Meadows Place Senior Village.
Meadows Place Senior Village is infested with roaches. When the temperature drops mice are very active in the ceilings. Possums running around in daytime. The foundation is finished,doors can't close,management shaves the doors so they close. Many tenants moved in here well not sick after inhailing the air from Mold. They are all on oxygen. I’m extremely disappointed with the conditions at this senior apartment complex. There is a serious roach infestation issue that management continues to neglect. Despite multiple complaints, the pest control service is ineffective and the problem keeps getting worse. This is not just a nuisance—it’s a health and safety hazard, especially for seniors with weakened immune systems. We deserve clean and livable conditions. This level of negligence is unacceptable. I had AC issue today. I called the office and Israel, the maintenance man appeared shortly afterward. He resolved issue quickly. He has taken care of all my issues since I moved in. He is a treasure.
