There isn't any house keepers.uder staffed.most staff are pleasant. It's not the same as it was in 2004.
My mother works here & its filthy. they have bed bugs & wont fix it! it's very sad that these people are forced to live in these conditions. not enough staff that work with residents.
This place is not a good place to live or work as they expect there med aides too everything for the nurse on top of one medication aide work passing 50 + residents medications and they have a lot of med aides that have Medication errors and they don't seem to take that to a professional standard to make sure there people are safe.
