Nursing care is unacceptable! management doesn't communicate well, a few aides who genuinely care but overall very short staffed. its a sad place to leave your vulnerable loved one but they will definitely take your money with a smile. I am thankful to get my brother out of there.

I used to volunteer at this facility. The nurses and staff are very knowledgeable and caring! The residents seem truly happy to be living here! Would definitely recommend volunteering - the residents love visiting with new people!

There isn't any house keepers.uder staffed.most staff are pleasant. It's not the same as it was in 2004.

My mother works here & its filthy. they have bed bugs & wont fix it! it's very sad that these people are forced to live in these conditions. not enough staff that work with residents.
