Nice looking neighborhood
There's no way to recover your money as an investment because you don't own the land like a stick built house and your basically buying a trailer which deprecated like buying a car in the end only the land owner makes money while your stuck with a trailer that deprecates and will be less then you bought it for because of this I'm not interested in this this is my opinion
I am giving 5 stars specifically for their wonderful sales rep, Melissa (Mel) Hawke. She wasn’t pushy, she made us feel comfortable right away and she was a wealth of knowledge and answered all of our questions (and ones we didn’t even know to ask!) with such expertise and detail we were so impressed-she definitely knows her stuff! Because of our experience with her we will definitely consider Jandel homes if we are ready to downsize to a manufactured home in the future. Do not buy here!!!! When, not if you need any warranty work done to your unit, you are screwed around with with dates and availability. We bought about a year ago and we have had a ton of grief dealing with these people. You almost have to put your life on hold so you can accommodate these people. We received an email to refer other people to buy here. No chance in hell!!
