New maintenance team 10/10
I woke up to my freezer night working. I reached out to maintenance and within the hour Travis had shown up and ended up needing to replace my fridge. Very professional and quick to respond!
Misty was phenomenal in assisting us with the steps to make this our new home! She went above and beyond to make this transition seamless!
Maintenence is always so prompt and helpful
Today marks my 1-year 1-week anniversary for staying at my apartment complex and I just renewed my lease and decided to move to the 3rd floor in a different unit. I want to thank Misty and Travis for making my move smooth and easy. Travis made sure my apartment was cleaned and fixed and Misty made my move in date on-time. They are some awesome people to work with and they go far beyond their duties.
