Don’t Lease here VERY bad business read the reviews the one below went through something similar like me. I over payed. I been calling them they don’t Answer today. They are hardly in leasing office it takes days to get a hold of them. I went to the office today and Misty was in office said she’s closed said to come back at 11. I get there at 11:04 she is literally driving away I know she saw me they don’t care and just want to take your money. If you want to leave early you have to pay like 3x rent.
If you want your security deposit back DON'T MOVE HERE!! *(I've always received my FULL deposits back wherever I've lived. NEVER late with rent, also clean apartment with NO damage to their property what so ever inside). Had to call and see about my security deposit well passed the 30 day grace period. No return call only 1 response to my several emails. Finally get my check with NO itemized list of fees that they charge for, they charged me for something I have no idea of. The apartments have lots of space for your furniture. Misty was always helpful and returned my calls or emailed me. Close to highway toward Greensboro and Durham, Raleigh convenient.
