I moved into this apartment complex when it opened in 2024. It was a nice place to live for a few months, then began going downhill quickly. During the year I lived there, this property went through three different leasing managers. I had issues with my heating and air conditioning the entire time I lived there and this issue was never completely resolved. The worst of it was the neighbors. Maintenance guy is amazing. I haven’t had to wait longer than 24 hours to get a response. Granted I only needed him twice. He came the same day with in minutes of me putting in my work order.
