Been a resident for years at shady acres which is owned by Meadows. There's been an effort at cosmetic renovations. They painted the outside of the units poorly with lot of overspray and fixed the sprinklers. There's no grass to water just weeds and they tend to water some years and not others to save money on the water. The place is a slum, all the windows and doors leak when it rains. When I moved in the faucets were all broken and there wasn't any running water despite it being advertised as "move in ready". Violent crime... read more
Kevin and Mindy are a great team, friendly and always greets me with a smile. The maintenance team here is also friendly and quick to respond to any maintenance issues. I would recommend anybody looking for a nice quiet place to live to come check it out
I lived there several years ago. It was great. Maybe I will live there again some day.
Tried to rent a trailer. I have 2 esa dogs. I was told that wasnt an issue with letters. I got letters. She didn't like how my doc wrote them. I asked for the letters to be re wrote and the lady came back with you dont need both dogs, the husky is destructive. ( my husky is lazy and hides she is 8yrs). I then asked if I was still approved and when I could move in; no reply. The lady ignores me now. I even offered to pay pet repairs if my dogs ruined anything and 6 months rent up front on a two bed room trailer. Still no repl... read more
