Parking app doesn't work. Ignoring my distain for paid Parking at medical facilities - at least use an app that works. Got tired of waiting for confirmation as was running late. Will be even less impressed if I get a ticket. That said, the building was very nice and the staff were great.
Ridiculous parking fees
The parking fees are theft and honestly not fair. There are not other options anywhere nearby. The fees starts at 6$ for 15 min and it maxes at 12. But here is the trick, if your appointment is longer than 1h and 40m, you will be forced to pay the max fees which is 12$. I am sick of the lack of regulation to protect us from such unethical practices. Payment fees should be leaner. It is not fair that I had to pay for 12 hours when I needed to stay for 2 hours only. Highway robbery with the parking. Had to pay a minimum of $6.00 for a 15 minute appointment on a Friday. This is taking advantage of people just trying to go to a MEDICAL appointment. Terrible signage and wayfinding in the building as well.
