My 89 year old mother has had her insurance with this agency for some time. Don't worry, she has stopped driving but she still has her car. They have been not only helpful but so kind. Mom has gotten forgetful. She would call them many times with the same question and they were so patient. Recently we had 2 small claims (I was driving). We were waiting to be dropped or rates go up. Nicolie worked her magic and managed a policy that her payments went down some. So I appreciate their know how, kindness and help.
