Do not move here. The neighborhood used to be a diamond in the rough with a great location and some of the best landscaping in tucson... The new HOA has stopped maintaining the area and now simply cuts down 30 year old trees that are dying because they no longer water them. The hoa prices are massive and they only have 2 over worked landscapers. The hoa NEVER listens to the homeowners and the value of my home and the homes of many of my neighbors has dropped because of it. I'm so happy I sold and escaped this trashy neighbor... read more
I worked with the manager Lynn mader dont know her in person but I was hired by Lynn mader didnt get paid..which is so sad will go to the tv station complaint . Department..

Under new management as of June 2021! Horrible. Several times within the month the water has been shut off WITHOUT NOTICE for several hours so meters can be installed. They should be focused on fixing the asphalt on the streets due to severe cracks and huge potholes. The landscaping/ grass is dead due to underwatering. If you want to use the pool, plan to sign a waiver and pay fee for a key. I will be moving somewhere else where my association fee's get put to good use instead of being pocketed by association!
