If you are looking for a new PCP, steer clear of this place. There is one competent doctor here and their admin staff is a joke. The phone rings and rings and rings and 9 times out of 10 it goes to VM. I waited over two weeks for my wife's referrals. Both her and I called several times a day for a week straight. It appears that you need to show up in person for this office to get anything done promptly and accurately.
Excellent customer service from the front office through my interaction with nurse and Dr. Gul. Best medical service I have ever received in the area. If you're looking for a Primary Care Practice that delivers great quality of care, this is your practice. Excellent!!
The medical providers here are competent and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the administrative operations significantly undermine the quality of care. My appointment was rescheduled with less than an hour's notice, pushing it out nearly a month. When that rescheduled date finally arrived, I called three hours in advance to confirm their late arrival policy and inform them I would be approximately 10 minutes late.
