I currently live in The Meadows and have for over fifteen years. Most of those years have been pleasant. However that is not as true as it once was. Most of that is due to the current community manager, Tom Scull. He wanders the grounds inventing bogus violations. I personally have been threatened with fines on at least four different occasions for non-existant violations.
