Jenny Del Cid the GM has done a terrible job cleaning up the ice from the snow storm. Large mounds of ice formed over precious parking spots. The ice was so thick and dense I had to hammer it for hours. The damage to my undercarriage and all the times I had to park miles away because there were no spots gave me no choice but to go to small claims court to sue. Security is horrible here. Writes violations for cars not violating rules but will let certain residents do whatever they want. Very sketchy individuals around at all times especially way late at night. Stay away.
As someone that lives here the parking and management is by far the absolute worst. “Security” literally clocks every single vehicle which is all they are worried about but never anything else, insane. There are more than 4-5 vehicles for some of the house holds which takes up any visitors spaces, at that point some of the residents need to just buy their own land for all the vehicles. Disclaimer: I do NOT live here, but I frequently visit since I have relatives that do. I came to visit for the weekend and parked for one night (last night), to find out this morning my car was GONE. I called the towing company since the management office was closed and they said that I was towed due to parking in a visitor’s spot as a “resident”.
