It is a very nice community and they do try very hard to keep up with cosmetic changes. But the buildings are old and have old building issues, such as plumbing. I have not used my sink in two days, i dont have a disposal and im not running my ac but it keeps backing up because of how the plumbing is set up, neighbors clogs back up into my house. ( this has happened a couple times before) They do have maintenance but the availability is limited. Overall i do really enjoy the community but it does have its problems.
They added a beautiful play ground for the residents to use. Loved seeing children laughing & getting along so well.
