Bratt was of great help very professional.
My experience with this HOA has been consistently frustrating. Their online platform is a mess, making even simple tasks complicated. When you actually need assistance, it's nearly impossible to connect with someone helpful. To make matters worse, they've split payments into two distinct accounts, and both transactions incur hefty credit card and administration fees. I truly don't understand what value they provide for the constant charges.
The community is labeled as "pet-friendly," not specifically a retirement community, though many residents are older. Despite the pet-friendly label, quite a few people specifically at LONG COMMON Association dislike pets, which says a lot. Some neighbors tend to complain anonymously about almost anything, and a few barely manage a "hello" through gritted teeth.
