Fails to abide by state law due to the arrogance of its board. It would be ill advised to live is this community. Their ignorance of economic concerns and personal pettiness is astounding.
How can community go against state law allowing pickup trucks in your own drive way
Horrible HOA. They charge $500 per pickup truck and you have to park it 2 miles away in a "reserved" area. If you own a truck you better sell it before moving in here, you'll be paying more in fines and parking than the actual car note.
HOA'S should be federally outlawed. All of them the same power hungry busy bodies in everyones business.
