Finally!! I’m so happy to have found carfix in waterford. I’ve spent years going to different mechanics and had such a hard time finding people who were honest and friendly. 10/10 overall experience i will definitely return when it’s time for some work to be done and im referring EVERYONE i can here!! Thank yall again for being real and taking care of me & my car :)))
On our way on vacation up north we had a blow out. We called and they had the specific tire I needed and got us back on the road promptly.
Excellent work. Very clear on issue, provided video recording to show issue, offered repair that was within the suggested price for the repair and a warranty along with it. They always use OEM parts as a first step as well. Very happy with customer service as well. I will be back!
