RecommendedMeadows has a friendly environment. It's not just great service, but honest service, which is rare. It smells of sweat, grease, and hard work. It's most definitely nothing like a chain store with central air and smelling of Germ X while every employee you manage to track down tries to sell you 4 of everything you don't need. I was visiting my son in Jacksonville over the holidays and when I wanted to return home, "Malibu Barbee" wouldn't start. I live four hours away; now what? Thanks for taking care of my car without delay. And I echo what the previous reviewer said, since a dishonest shop could have sold me unneeded alternator work, instead of just replacing the battery.
Thanks so much Randy Meadows for being such a wonderful technician and running a business where a woman doesn't have to worry about paying for anything her car doesn't need and charging exceedingly fair prices. Meadows Automotive is without doubt the most honest, efficient, and reliable shop in Jacksonville. Randy is a stand up individual and always goes the extra mile to take care of customers. I have taken several different vehicles with a assortment of issues and Randy and his guys have ALWAYS found the issues and corrected them in a very timely manner.
