The Rehab Shannondell is absolutely the BEST rehab center in Southeastern PA, and it is deserves its 5-star status by CMS (Medicare). The facility, medical staff, social workers are the most kind and professional people in the industry. This place is amazing
My wife asked Shannon for help for transport to her Dr appt & Shannon was nasty telling my wife she was asked on admission If this is what she wanted. My wife told her she didn’t know what she would need in 3 weeks. She upset my wife who asks for very little. This employee is a poor representative of Shannondell.Shannon would offer no further assistance which is wrong!!! Ernie Fuchs
My husband broke his ankle and is rehabbing at Shannondell. He is receiving wonderful care and attention, especially from his nurse Ellen. The doctors are keeping me updated on his condition. The PT people are caring for him, and he is doing well.
I entered in terrible pain from a spinal injury. Physical therapy began with Patrick and Occupational with Bridget. They worked with me every day, teaching me how to move again, how to do things safely and correctly, and I went from wheelchair to walker to rollator. When I look back I can't believe how much progress I made. They both were so knowledgeable and patient.
