These are outstanding, fantastic people doing some of the most difficult work there can be. I could never write anything that would explain my feelings on how well these folks handle my parent and my family during the best of times and during much more difficult times. **Please do not send your loved ones here.** I am writing this with a broken heart and deep concern. My sweet, funny, and loving mom experienced a devastating decline in her health while staying at this facility, and my efforts to get her the care she needed were ignored. During her stay, my mom had a sudden and significant change in mental status. Can't get patients out of bed. June1. No help. Never have help. Don't come here
My mom is currently staying at the rehabilitation center. I could not ask for a better place. The staff is wonderful ... kind, caring, professional. They keep me and my family informed of everything. I highly reccomend Rehab at Shannondell.
