My husband was only there 5 days and it was a terrible experience. The very first day he had 2 bowel accidents because the nurses didn't come when he called, even though they were repeatedly told he needed quick attendance when he had to go do to the medication he was on which made his bowels move quickly. Within 3 days they tried sending him back to the hospital for confusion - one of the conditions he was admitted for - because he used the rolling table/tray to help get to the bathroom instead of his walker (again, because... read more

My father was discharged today after a five week stay. The staff here is excellent and facility/grounds are well maintained. A special shoutout to Susan at concierge station, Christa in Social Work and discharge Nurse Alexandra. My father was very happy with both the Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy staff. The Nurse Practitioners were very professional and had good bedside manner. The staff here kept both my father and me informed about his treatment and progress. My father was a patient at the rehab for 6-7 weeks post stroke. He was scared, nervous, and weak when he went there, barely able to sit up and feed himself. He recently was discharged home and is now walking, doing steps, and preparing meals. The whole staff from the administrator to housekeeping made my whole family feel welcome. My father progressed with the guidance of the caring therapists, and the medical staff went above and beyond to help him. We are very grateful to all of them.

I fractured my hip 3/25/26 in NJ. I live PA a 3 hour painful trip. My husband drove me to Jefferson in Norriton. That emergency room team EXCELLENT!. Jefferson got me into Shannondell Rebah. Bernice I sure she's the head nurse in the second FLOOR A wing, Great rehab I'm so thankful for the team. I will always recommend Shannondell Rehab!!

We had an excellent experience at Shannondell Rehabilitation. The staff was outstanding—professional, caring, attentive, and always willing to help. Everyone treated our family member with respect and made the recovery process as comfortable as possible. The facility itself was very well maintained, clean, and organized.
