This is a difficult review to write. How bad is bad. I write this considering my bad experience with Ashton Woods with other’s bad experiences with other builders in my community. In many instances I’ve read new homeowners complain their builder refused to repair defects, and some did not respond to warranty claims at all. Ashton Woods did respond to every ticket I opened.
