Terrible Management and Exploitative Practices – Avoid Park Place Management I am writing this to warn the Casper community about the appalling management practices of Park Place Management (based out of Utah), the new owners of The Meadows 55+ Community. They don’t have a carpet cleaner. The company doesn’t provide maintenance with a carpet cleaner. Dog shit on the carpet and Dog piss in the elevator.
Great location for this and the multi-family units. Don't have much information as I am just apartment hunting.
