The Absolute Worst Management.Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008 1. The management is completely useless, emergency pages have never been answered.2. The general condition of the building is possibly unsafe structurally, the water temp fluctuates from 75 F to 160 F (don't put any kids in the shower).The maintenance (if any)is substandard, repairs that should be done by licenced contractors are botched3.
