Very nice condominiums!
Looks can be deceiving
Edit: new management people are shitty. Hot water and heat went out in my building (600) for around 8 days or so. They said on a Monday that it would take a month to get it replaced. The next day, someone in my building fixed it themselves. Thank you to that kind sir. Days later, my elderly neighbor named Barbara in 437 told me that HER heat and hot water went out. They fixed it. Not long later (like maybe a month to 2 months) her hot water and heat went out AGAIN!!! If yall have any problems, say something.

We have been living here for 3 months, during this time we had so many problems in our apartment. There were problems with light, but they were quickly resolved, but what cannot be left unnoticed is heating. We didn't have heating for a month, although it was already quite cold outside.
