Be cautious!! This facility offers the "finer" looking amenities - beautiful lobby, elegant dining area, complimentary cookies & beverages, social activities, and a nice courtyard. But it's mainly fluff. I had a relative stay there for over 1.5 years and in that time there has been multiple Directors and a various number of Assistant Directors. Initially loved this place, but staff retention is a problem. Some basic needs are routinely overlooked ie changing clothes of residents in Memory Care. Going downhill recently. So sorry to see this.
They take amazing care of my grandmother and their facility is absolutely beautiful! Excellent staff!
We have found this to be a beautiful facility-great caregivers and friendly residents.The mgt. staff is wonderful with one dramatic and unfortunate exception. The hiring of a new exec director that values extreme control over kindness, warmth, care and encouragement has done damage to the retention of good caregivers and has decreased morale among residents.
