It's okay.. We're clearly treated differently for some reason though because you have people with bikes and gaudy decorations outside of their places, but god forbid we have a bicycle sitting in our yard for a day. I guess even if your grass doesn't need done they still tell you to do it too like we have time for it on THEIR time. Already had problems with some guy here after being here for a couple months for no reason. I don't plan on staying forever. Was liking it at first but every little thing is an issue.
I have lived in this community since September 2023. It’s very quiet and relaxing with the country setting. The residents are very friendly and help each other. The staff is very nice and always helpful. They allow cats and small dogs, unlike most places for rent. It’s a great place to live whether you’re starting out on your own, have a family or ready to retire.
I hi was a resident Randy trailer to my daughter that’s how it had to be because of my credit rating and they had the water bill go up because they wouldn’t fix the water leak for four months. I had to call him on that and then the stove went and they took them a few weeks put new stove in roaches she shouldn’t had to pay for anything for the roaches she spent money on roaches they raise the rent to thousand dollars a month which was crazy because legally you’re not allowed to rent raise rent when you have a lease for one ye... read more
When I lived in meadowwood I and my family had several of issues with the management specifically Jamie Campbell she was Always saying that we had to buy and fix everything that was broken and she continued to tell us that everything in our home was in tip top shape and it really wasn't and when we got and couldn't get rid of roaches she said that it was our problem and we had to pay money out of our own wallet to gt rid of them when knowingly we weren't the ones who brought them into our home in the first place and the neig... read more
