I have lived here for almost 5 years, and in the short time Miss Bethany has been our property manager, she has already made more positive changes than we’ve seen in years. She is friendly, professional, and actually listens to tenant concerns and follows through when issues are brought to her attention. It is habitable. That’s about it. My wife and I moved here recently to save on rent since nothing in the area is below $2,000. What surprised us is that units do not come with a microwave. You have to get your own. I didn’t think to check for that during the inspection or tour since it is one of those appliances you would expect to be included in a rental, but at least a fridge was there! The stairs in the units are VERY steep. You have to be very careful walking down them. I recently fell tumbling down the stairs and sprain... read more
