It is habitable. That’s about it. My wife and I moved here recently to save on rent since nothing in the area is below $2,000. What surprised us is that units do not come with a microwave. You have to get your own. I didn’t think to check for that during the inspection or tour since it is one of those appliances you would expect to be included in a rental, but at least a fridge was there! If you want to be sick all the time or you and your kids to have health issues all the time, hear your neighbors sneeze and argue through the wall, have no privacy, move here. Oh and can’t forget about the little groups that live in a certain building that will watch your every move, even take pictures of you to send to the landlord or worst, there Facebook page. If you’re new to this place, they will try there hardest to get rid of you and when they do, be prepared to get charged for the remodel to make it look newer/better... read more
