Pueblo Norte of Scottsdale was recently in the news for having rats. Resident ***** ****** discovered rats in her apartment the end of 2016 and had to move. She lost much of her belongings due to the rat contamination. The senior living facility did very little to resolve the dangerous situation. My mother was in the rehab to home part of this facility. It is a beautiful facility but the nursing staff is less than professional. They are not on the same page when it comes to the patients I am not sure they are even in the same book. I am very disappointed in the care my mother received from the nursing staff. The PT staff was excellent. My mother was at this location after knee replacement surgery. First they did not give her any pain medications and then I had a talk with them.
