TRYING to communicate with management is impossible. Phone is hardly ever answered and office posts signs that they we be back shortly on a regular basis. Trying to get answers to questions is a game of circles. They are very rude and yell. Should have better communication skills with the residents. I would never recommend this park to anyone. The water is undrinkable. They can't even contract a decent lawn crew. Residents are expected to spray there weeds, which means do your own weed wracking. The recycle area is unmanagea... read more
I've been a resident here for 1 week and am so disappointed. This rental property should be condemned and the realtor banned from renting or selling in parks taking advantage of older people just looking for affordable accommodations. Additionally, the water issue that has been ongoing for years and years is still just as bad and has not improved from what I have read. I was not even informed of a boil water notice when I moved and was drinking the water. Ridiculous!
Went there for an open house. It was very nice. The grounds well kept and the neighbors were friendly. I liked the place. Definitely at the top of my list.
