This place left my cat in carrier for 4&1/2 hours with no food or water after fasting since midnight. Didn’t call me til 4&1/2 hrs later to say vet was recovering from covid and was only doing 1 surgery that day. I’m sure you knew he was recovering from covid when I dropped my cat off at 8am. Why wasn’t I told then and given the option of rescheduling at that point?? You kept my cat for 4 &1/2 hours before calling me. This is not the behavior of a place that values pets.
