Refused to refund security deposit because they can’t find a record of me ever having made one. Come on, what rental facility in the entire United States doesn’t require a security deposit? If possible I would rate this company at zero stars. You never want to have to deal with the owner Laura or her employees if you can avoid it. There are plenty of other options for storage in the area that you should consider.
