Its Horrible...stay the Heck away from it.
HORRIBLE, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. The electrical wiring is old and I don't believe it is safe. The owners are unfriendly, and raise the rent seemingly once a year and my most recent neighbor had enough and moved out after perhaps less than a year.
