Gracie the manager is amazing! We went from home owners to downsizing and loved living here while we were in Sheboygan. It is very quiet, loved the abundant wildlife (deer) and neighbors were fantastic. Lots of green space for your dog to run! Overall, was a fantastic experience. Perfect if you like quiet and nature, yet the amenities of city nearby.
The apartments are nice with plenty of room and many nice upgrades, but the water is very hard and isn't treated so it affects everything from showers to washing clothes/dishes to having to fix or replace water heaters after a very short time....and the water pressure is very low too. There's plenty of space to walk your dog and the office manager was very nice and the maintenance man was first class and deserves a big raise for all he does!
