I just moved in about 4 monthsago & I love it here so far The office manager Mrs. Farmer was great moving me in, very informative,nice answer all my questions &made sure my move in went smoothly & Mr. Louis was great also, he made sure that my move went smoothly also, everything in my apartment was good I hadno complaints on him so far, & he even help me with some of my stuff when I had no one Mr. Louis is ok with me
I do not recommend living there. It has become an intolerable living experience. The pool is disgusting. It needs to be shut down and started over and this is the amenity that you will pay extra for. The maintenance is an absolute joke. When something happens to their old stuff its blamed on you. If you have any issues do not ask them or they will be upset with you and find a way to take your lease. Dont ask any questions about anything. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to no one! I was coming from a hotel already homeless and being harassed and just going through a lot when I came to live here. The lady in the office was very nice at first and then she turned into the Devil. The apartment she showed me was ok but there was a lot of stuff that needed to be fixed. The back glass door was broke the screen was coming off, both bathroom/ tubs was piling and the sink. The mirror in the bathroom was messed up.
