ABSOLUTELY USELESS. Both myself and the pharmacy have been chasing a script from the doctor all damned day. The pharmacy had called them at least 3 times to no answer. I have called them 2-3 times today. Reception told me he does his admin at the end of the day…. When the Doctor FINALLY released the script they called the pharmacy to notify them (at the end of the day). Clinic refused me to see my life long family doctor after he changed clinics. They said they too busy, even after I begged and said I would pay. Receptionist told me they don't care and try somewhere else.

The rich get richer and the poor get left to suffer. Only those over 65 or under 16 get bulk billed at this clinic anymore. The disabled pensioners under 65 have to travel miles away to get compassionate affordable care.
I have been coming here for over 3 years. I have had such a great experience with all of the doctors I have seen here. I feel genuinely listened to, respected, and never rushed. Especially when I am struggling, they are kind too. They take the time to discuss everything I need and make sure I have all the tests, paperwork and information relevant to my concerns at the end. I leave feeling safe and well cared for. I really appreciate their professionalism and genuine compassion 🥰 the receptionists are lovely too!
