The woman who took my test was nice. I was told I'd get my results emailed to me the next day. 3 days later still no email! So I called and they finally sent it. The report shows it was ready at 8:03 the next day, but it was never sent! My wife is still waiting for her results.

Guys don’t go here or any other lap run by this company. They charge 525$ for PCR Covid test that’s crazy.

I was tested on the 21st and still havent gotten my results as of the 28th. No one would answer the phone or answer emails. I missed christmas with my family and because there are so few opportunities to be tested anywhere else, it looks like ill miss new years as well. I dont blame them for being overwhelmed, but if you need results i'd go to an urgent care instead. UPDATE: Still no results, cannot get anyone by phone or email. Went for a Covid test on 12/18/2021 and still haven't received my results. I've called and sometimes the phone just rings and when someone does answer, I just get the same response from the person saying "give me 20 minutes and I'll send it to you". I've left numerous messages and sent emails and haven't received a response back yet. What I have received is a bill from my insurance company. Don't believe this place is legit. I wouldn't even waste my time going. At this point I've given up and was tested someplace else.

Worst service ever, I went to get COVID tested not once about 3 times within 8 days and have no received any test results, i preregister at least 6 times to make sure I entered correct email and phone number but still waiting. I tried to call and emailed them so many attempts but no answer. Do not recommend!
