Avoid at all cost. Do not even go see what they have on the lot. I bought a 2019 gmc 2500 from them. Took 3 weeks to be able to test drive because they were “waiting” on a sensor. Finally got to test drive the truck. Decided to purchase the truck. Then the games began. Truck needed all new exhaust manifolds, gaskets, turbo pedestal which took them 8months to complete. Poor experience with service department, both in mechanical service and customer service. The issues are outlined below and include not going over basics, not properly road testing or attempting to diagnose the issue, performing out-of-pocket cost services which were not approved, dismissive attitude, and no follow up by management.
