I was looking for a newer suburban and came across one at this dealership. It was a 2025 z71 white, exactly what I was looking for. We agreed on pricing and made arrangements to drive up from Philadelphia which took over 3 hours each way. After signing all the paperwork we were told there was 2 key fobs. Upon leaving we were told there was only one and we were out of luck on the second. I then asked to speak to a manager. brought my vehicle into a certified GMC dealership because it was clearly misfiring in one of the cylinders, expecting a proper diagnostic and repair. Instead, what I got was one of the most disappointing service experiences I’ve ever had. After charging me over $800, they didn’t even replace the spark plug or the ignition coil the two most basic components you would expect to be addressed with a misfire.
