Hello, i will like to share my buying experience with this dealership. I bought a new 2024 Denali Ultimate 2500 from them in february. We called to schedule service for our Chevy Bolt EV. We called and asked if we could service the Bolt in Carmel even though we bought it in Newburgh. The rep said it was no problem and specifically it could be serviced at any GM dealer. We drove the half hour to Carmel and they made us wait 15 minutes despite nobody else in the shop. They then went out to move the car and came back to tell us the Bolt must be serviced at a Chevy dealer because they aren’t allowed to work on it.
