brought my vehicle into a certified GMC dealership because it was clearly misfiring in one of the cylinders, expecting a proper diagnostic and repair. Instead, what I got was one of the most disappointing service experiences I’ve ever had. After charging me over $800, they didn’t even replace the spark plug or the ignition coil the two most basic components you would expect to be addressed with a misfire. Just had my last visit to Meadowland GMC. Arrived at 8:50am for a 9am service appointment. I was totally ignored and sat waiting (with my truck sitting in the drop-off bay) for 45 minutes! One staff member seemed to be busy working and walked by me several times without acknowledgment, the other sat at her desk and scrolled on her phone the ENTIRE time I was there.
