Outstanding Facility! I'm sorry the reviewer who was unhappy with Meadowlake had such a unpleasant visit. MLPR has an outstanding facility and staff. If you choose to take your pet to clean, exceptionally run and caring environment, this is the place to go. For those who board, I highly recommend putting your dogs in (at least) half-day doggie day care while they are there. Old dog likes new place My 'ol girl is a special girl. When I take her to Meadowlake I know she will be treated as such. She's a nippy border collie and she doesn't appreciate other dogs at all. Meadowlake staff really are dog people and can handle her idiosyncrasies. Whenever I travel I trust Meadowlake to take care of my girl. I usually get the 3-star deal and she seems to get plenty of attention.
Love Meadowlakes and so does my dog! We had never used a kennel before so were aprehensive about leaving our dog. We found out about Meadowlakes through our local newspaper and decided to take a tour. We didn't have to look any further. The people are really nice (and patient), the place is clean and I love the upgrade options they have for the dogs accomodations. Never again I would never bring back my pet here, I am disgusted with their billing practice and their poor customer service in reality it makes me think if they treat a human this way how would they treat a pet, who cant defend itself... horrible service... horrible practice... never again
Unsatisfactory I was unsatisfied with their pricing, and with their billing practices. Both times I've brought in my two little pals the people at the front desk either bill me for something I didn't purchase, or inform me that a service I did request wasn't ever done. I don't recommend this place to anyone who cares about their pets.
My dogs LOVE MEadowlake I've researched several boarding facilities in the area and Meadowlake is by far my favorite. The facility is beautiful and the suites are so nicely set up. My dogs go to daycare most days of the week and every time I go out of town I choose Meadowlake to board my dogs and I am never worried if they are taken care of. And the dock pool they just built is amazing. Meadowlake is truly innovative and a perfect getaway for my 4 legged companions!
MEADOWLAKE ROCKS! I have a senior dog and was worried about boarding her since she's always gotten sick from being so nervous at other kennels. Meadowlake staff made her feel at home and paid special attention to her and loved her as tho she was their own. She has been going there since and I haven't had any problems whatsoever. LOVE it and would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.
Beautiful place! I can't believe how amazing this pet resort is! I always have peace of mind when I leave my two babies there while I go out of town. The staff is friendly and caring. When you walk in you don't even smell dogs. The facility is kept clean and spotless. It's amazing! I love Meadowlake!
Best Boarding in Houston I am thrilled to find a caring facility so close to home! Their boarding is the cleaniest I've ever seen and all the staff seem truly passionate about their job. My boys come home happy, well cared for and clean...and most surprisingly, happy to go back! I always thought it would be hard to leave them, but with Meadowlake I can relax on my vacation and know that my babies are well taken care of!
