This is so frustrating. I used to get cuts from krystal, but now they don't even answer the phone. I can get through maybe once a year now. We all get depressed or have anxiety, but some of us depend on this place and it's bizarre how doing business with them is so discouraged now.
I've gone to Dallas since he started cutting hair and continue with Krystal. The best!
Love Krystal and her service! I was a customer way back years ago of Dallas when this salon opened. I always get great service here and leave feeling refreshed without feeling like I overpaid.
