As I attended a semi annual appointment with Dr Culbertson, I was seeking some assistance in fine tuning the hearing aids as I had noticed feedback and what felt like volume loss on one hearing aid. She took my concerns down, looked at my historical chart, and thought there was a logical programming approach to fixing the "challenges" I had identified.
