Dr. DeLaPaz and his assistant Ashlee were so kind and provided perfect care for my reactive Aussie. I am so grateful that I have found such a wonderful veterinarian for my girl!
I came home from work and my cat was non responsive. I called them around 416 and told them and the receptionist told me to bring him in. They close at 5 but stood open for a few extra minutes to help him. Then they send the info to the ER. That proved to me that they care.
I have had pets throughout my entire life, and my husband and I raised our family with multiple pets for years. I have been extremely fortunate to have access to amazing veterinary clinics over the years, and always strived to have my pets receive the absolute best care, by the absolute best practices/vets in Polk, Pasco, Hillsborough, Citrus, and Marion counties. My senior dog had an emergency and I was given different options to be seen on the same day, eventually I was called and they fitted us in a cancelation, service was fast and my dog was treated with a lot of care, she gets very anxious at the vet and cries a lot, the doctor an assistant were very gentle made the experience so much easier. 2 visit, same thing was an emergency visit, my dog was treated with such care, will treat conditions one at a time to get her back k on her feet.
