We have lived here with 3 different properties managers. Trista and Layne are amazing. They have been so sweet, kind and going the extra nile to help us (I am visually impaired). They care for our community and thank goodness we finally have reversed parking spots.
Trista has been absolutely awesome to work with. She is professional, kind, and always willing to help whenever questions or concerns come up. She communicates clearly, follows through, and genuinely cares about the residents. In a time when good customer service can be hard to find, Trista goes above and beyond. Don’t rent here, management is a joke. I don’t even know where to begin. The parking is crap and you can only have a single car parked in the spots. No more road parking for some reason? You’ll get towed over night if you’re parked in someone else’s spot or even on the side of the street. They won’t even let you know before hand, you’ll have to call around and find your car yourself. absolutely ridiculous you’d probably have a better time living in a cardboard box. thanks!
We have lived here for a year and a few months now. When we moved in, we were pretty unimpressed with the previous management team. They didn’t take anything seriously. As things would have it, they were selling out and didn’t care anymore. The new manager Trista took over and the place has turned around completely. Our grounds are better taken care of, maintenance is more responsive than ever. Layne takes pride in the work he does. New management has made this community feel more like a family.
