Be advised. If you rent here, be aware that it is run under abysmal management. Good luck if you need to make a phone call to management. Very rude and next to no customer service. Not that one would expect much in Cedar Springs, but the property itself was very underwhelming and dirty (Trash bins usually overflowing). The main parking lot floods anytime it rains, so wear your s*** kickers and be prepared. Do not recommend it if you are looking for a nice place to stay.
Had friends who lived here a few years back, rent was cheap about $750 now it's apparently $200 more and they want you to declaw your cats. Which I might mention isn't technically legal. Google it. I was thinking of moving here until I saw that. Sounds like it needs new management from all the other reviews before it goes under. No where to rent in South West Michigan that's nice anymore. They are just taking advantage of the housing shortage and it's sickening

Lived here for 6 months now and I have no complaints. Needed some things fixed when I moved in and the were fixed right away. It's pretty quiet overall and my neighbors are all friendly.
