I recently brought my grandmother here. From the moment we arrived, everyone was kind and professional. The nurse doing triage was lovely, the gentleman who performed her X-ray was friendly and reassuring, and the nurses in the treatment area were also great. Dr Lauren was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and treated my grandmother with such kindness and respect. I went there for an abscess on my shoulder on a Saturday afternoon. The nurses were lovely, the wait time was about 40 mins, and the doctor was great and talked to me the whole time and arranged for antibiotics same day to clear up the infection. Great service and didnt make you feel like your health problem wasnt important.
